*PLEASE NOTE: Pricing does not include moving of furniture. Client can assist decorator with moving of furniture for no additional cost, or there will be an additional fee of $20-40 to bring in an additional person to help with lifting- pricing will be pre-discussed and determined based on number of heavy items/furniture.

*all pricing includes decorating fee, shopping, planning, décor pieces selected, and any furniture used. Décor, art, and décor pieces will be purchased one/more of the following ways: new and new on sale, second-hand (thrifted, FB marketplace, repurposed, etc.) All decorating packages will include a free consultation that will serve as our decorating/planning meeting and can be done in person or via pictures, measurements provided. All clients will receive a decorating mood board with photos of items to be used and inspiration for the decorating plan. Clients must sign working customer agreement and submit payment for décor budget at the time of booking, in order to shop for new items. The final balance will be due in full, at the time of service, via cash or a transfer service, such as Venmo or PayPal only. All work will be performed during evening and weekend business hours listed. All design plans are final and not subject for a refund, upon completion, HOWEVER, I want my clients to be COMPLETELY happy with their new space, so please work with me to find a way to make sure that you are completely happy and satisfied with your services!
